C) Technical data

Basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, and how you navigate the site (typically via cookies and similar technologies). See section 8.

Other online bookings linked from our site (e.g., simulators / mini golf / lessons) may use ProAgenda links.

When you click through to any third-party booking website, that provider becomes responsible for how they process your data on their platform. You should review their privacy information directly on those sites.

7) International transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g., email platforms, analytics, booking providers) may store or process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as adequacy regulations or UK-approved contractual protections).

Managing cookies: You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, parts of the site may not function as intended.

(Tip: if you use any non-essential cookies like analytics/marketing, you should use a cookie banner that allows users to accept/reject them.)
